What we collect

When you call or email us we take the details needed to quote and deliver: your name, phone number, email address, the delivery address and what you are disposing of. This website has no forms and does not ask you to create an account.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request) for security and troubleshooting. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; it sets cookies and records the pages you visit, and Google’s own privacy policy governs how it processes that data. The site also loads a chat widget from Leads Magician when you interact with the page; anything you type into it is handled under Leads Magician’s privacy terms.

How we use it

To quote, schedule, deliver and pick up your rental or junk removal, to invoice you, to answer your questions and to contact you about your job. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except the service providers we need to run the business (for example our payment processor and our hosting and analytics providers) and where the law requires it.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are used to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@stoneriverdumpsters.com or calling (615) 956-2374. We keep booking and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
